Full Description
Enjoy the splendures of the Hawkes Bay on your tour. Starting and finishing in Napier, the tour includes Hastings, Havelock North and Te Mata Peak.
You will discover the Art Deco Capital of the World, being Napier City. First learn what Art Deco actually is. Discover the secret deco gems in and around the Napier area.
Drive through picture perfect countryside to Havelock North and there enjoy an informative visit at a Honey Factory/shop.
From here, onto the famous Te Mata Peak. Enjoy views across the region.
Moving on to the City of Hastings, also an Art Deco City. Considered Napier's "Sister City".
Arriving back in Napier, you will then take a drive through a 1930's Art Deco suburb. Yes, dozens of original homes lovingly kept and treasured by their current owners.
You will then be taken back to the Central Business District (CBD) to either take the remaining time you have to walk up the main street and view the dozens of original Art Deco buildings as you stroll maybe with a coffee, to your returning shuttle, to finish what is a very, very popular tour. Or, be taken directly back to your returning shuttle.
