Your 45-minute soak includes access to complimentary cold plunge cedar tubs for invigorating contrast therapy. Our hot tubs are filled with fresh spring water from a pristine forest aquifer, treated to NZ Pool Water Quality Standards for a gentle, eco-friendly experience. Each tub is meticulously maintained with individual water filtration to ensure cleanliness and privacy.

Your Rotorua hot tub experience is 45-minutes long.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking to allow time to order drinks and get changed.
Hot tub hours are from 9am to 10pm every day (the last hot tub booking is at 9pm). Our 45-minute hot tub experience is bookable every 15 minutes.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. As per our health and safety policy, we do not allow children under 5yrs in the hot tub.
Please bring your own swimwear and towels or hire them from reception.
Book up to 6 friends or family per hot tub. For larger bookings that need multiple hot tubs, please call us on 07 348 4442.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to your reservation. Booking cancellation requires 12 hours’ notice.
Secret Spot Hot Tubs is a smoke and vape free premises.
Full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before activity starts.
